The Oxford Inspiration Program offers a prestigious exchange opportunity for students and participants from Asia. A collaboration between International Kingdom (Thailand) and the Oxford School of English (Oxford, England). The program immerses participants in the world-class education system at Oxford, a global hub of excellence, research, and innovation. Key Exchange Activities in Oxford

Participants of the Oxford Inspiration Program will engage in a dynamic schedule of educational, cultural, and networking experiences designed to maximize their learning and personal growth.

• Educational Tours & Excursions: Explore renowned locations at the University of Oxford, followed by a day trip to London.

• College Visits:Tour prestigious Oxford colleges, such as Christ Church and its famous tower.

• Student Interactions: Engage in insightful discussions with International students about university life, study techniques, and living abroad.

• Certificate Ceremony: Celebrate program completion with a graduation ceremony and official certificates.

• Exclusive Lecture Opportunities: Selected participants will have the chance to attend public lectures at Oxford University.

Eligibility Criteria

• Between 18 and 35 years old.

• Open to individuals from Malaysia and Indonesia.

• Good physical health is required to fully participate in all activities.

• A positive mindset, a commitment to self-improvement, and enthusiasm for cultural exchange are essential.

• Responsibility, adaptability, and openness to new learning experiences are expected, along with flexibility in diverse environments.

• A clean criminal record is mandatory.

• Previous recipients of a full scholarship from the UK government are not eligible.

• Full adherence to all program rules and regulations is required. 

Application Process

1. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the required application form and attach all necessary documents.

2. Write an Essay: Submit a well-structured essay in English following the guidelines below:

“My Aspiration and Preparation for Joining the Oxford Inspiration Program”

Guidelines:

• Introduction: Provide a brief introduction, including academic background and current educational status. Explain the motivation for applying to the Oxford Inspiration Program.

• Aspirations: Outline long-term academic and career goals. Describe how this program aligns with these objectives and contributes to future success.

• Preparation and Readiness: Highlight efforts taken to prepare for this program, both academically and personally. Mention leadership roles, community involvement, or prior educational experiences that demonstrate readiness.

• Contribution and Engagement: Explain plans for active participation and contributions to the program. Describe key takeaways and how they will be applied in future academic or professional pursuits.

• Impact and Vision: Reflect on the expected personal and academic impact of the program. Share a vision for utilizing this experience to create meaningful contributions in a chosen field or community. 

3. Formatting Requirements:

• Use Microsoft Word for writing.

• Length: 800–1000 words.

• Font: Times New Roman, size 14.

• Save the essay as a PDF file before attaching it to the application form.

4. Attach Required Documents: Upload the following documents via the designated Google Form:

• Resume/CV (must include a recent photo without a hat or black glasses).

• Evidence of English proficiency test scores (if available).

Note: All uploaded files must be in PDF format and named using the applicant's full name. 

Partial Scholarship Opportunity

To support high-achieving individuals, The Oxford Inspiration Program offers a partial scholarship for 20 selected participants, with an equal distribution among Malaysia, Indonesia.

• Full Program Cost: 4077 USD (Covers all expenses and is available for 5 self-funded participants).

• Partial Scholarship Program Cost: 2540 USD (available for 15 selected participants).

Scholarship Benefits for Selected Participants

The partial scholarship covers the following expenses for selected participants:

1. Round-trip airfare from the participant’s home country to London.

2. Airport transfers between London Heathrow Airport and Oxford.

3. Orientation fees.

4. Tuition Fees.

5. Accommodation with a host family in Oxford, United Kingdom, with two daily meals (breakfast and dinner).

6. Educational tours and excursions in London.

7. Activities and engagements at the University of Oxford.

8. The participation fee for the activities as specified in the activity schedule.

9. Travel insurance.

12. Group Leader from International Kingdom throughout the project.

13. Costs associated with participating in the graduation ceremony.

14. Unlimited travel card valid for the entire two-week duration within Oxford. 

Alternative Participation for Non-Selected Applicants

Those who are not selected but are interested in a similar program can proceed as follows:

1. Apply for the program through the official website: www.oxfordsummerprogram.com, selecting the Executive Leadership Program.

2. Pay the full program fee of £6,999 GBP.

3. Arrange and cover airfare expenses independently.

4. Applications are accepted on an individual basis only.

Expenses Not Covered

1. UK Visa and passport fees.

2. Personal expenses during the program.
