Program Details
This program is an intensive leadership and personal development experience in Cambridge, England, a global academic hub. It aims to enhance participants' leadership potential, broaden their perspectives, and deepen their understanding of different educational systems. The program also emphasizes personal growth, confidence-building, and self-discovery, offering a unique opportunity to immerse in the prestigious University of Cambridge.
Participants will engage in specialized workshops on business success, emotional intelligence, and AI-driven productivity, along with studying ten essential leadership books. Additionally, they will explore new environments, visit natural and architectural landmarks, and build valuable connections. The experience will help participants develop a broader perspective and visionary outlook, preparing them for future leadership roles.

Qualifications for Applicants
1. Age between 18-55 years.
2. Understanding of the English language.
3. Studying or living in Malaysia/ Malaysian citizens (Malaysian nationals residing abroad are eligible to apply)
4. Good physical health with a positive attitude towards self-improvement and a willingness to learn about diverse cultures.
5. Demonstrates responsibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
6. No history of criminal offenses.
7. Willingness to comply with entry requirements and abide by the laws and ethical norms, including having a valid English proficiency test.
8. Individuals who have not previously received full scholarships from the UK government.
Number of Participants
Only 25 individuals for the Malaysia group will be selected for the Cambridge Leadership Exchange Program. (Those selected will receive an invitation letter for leave or time off to participate in the program.)
Program Duration
Selected participants are required to participate in all three phases of the program:
Phase 1: November 5-20, 2024
Preparation of documents and visa application. The organizers will issue the necessary documents for the visa application and provide assistance throughout the process.
Phase 2: November 9, 2024 – January 5, 2025
Pre-departure online course.
Phase 3: February 10-24, 2025
Participation in activities at Studio Cambridge and the University of Cambridge, England.
Details of Phase 2:
Participants will take courses on leadership and personal development. The lessons will be conducted online via Google Meet every Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Malaysia time).
Details of Phase 3: Main Program Activities in the UK
1. Academic sessions and workshops at Studio Cambridge.
2. Staying with selected host families.
3. Local travel within Cambridge using a bus pass.
4. Exploration of landmarks and institutions in Cambridge.
5. Special tour to London.
6. Boat trip on the River Cam.
7. Visits to globally renowned places as mentioned in the program itinerary.
8. Attend a certificate award ceremony upon completion of the program.

Fees for Selected Participants
The following payments listed are to be paid by selected participants. These amounts are the final amount after deducting the partial scholarship for selected participants.
Program participants must make a payment of 965 USD to secure their spot in the international leadership and personal development course. This payment covers confirmation and tuition fees.
Additionally, participants are required to cover the expenses for books workshop, activities, and other costs while in the United Kingdom, which amounts to 3,411 USD.
Remark: Total payment of 4,376 USD (965 USD+3,411 USD) covers expenses for selected participants only and is strictly non-refundable. Please refer to the section below for exact all expenses covered.
Non-Selected Applicants
For those who were not selected but wish to participate in the Differentiated Leadership Program at Cambridge University, United Kingdom, you can proceed as follows:
Apply for the program through the website https://www.jbs.cam.ac.uk/executive-education/people/transformational-leadership/? by selecting the Transformational Leadership program.
Pay the full tuition fee of 2,990 GBP
Please note that the Transformational Leadership program lasts for only 2 days. The above fees do not include accommodation, airfare, visa, and other expenses.
Expenses for Selected Participants
Fees mentioned above include the following expenses:
1. Round-trip airfare from KL / Beijing to London (In the case of traveling from a country other than Malaysia, China, the program will provide financial support for booking your own flight tickets.)
2. Orientation for program participants.
3. Tuition and workshops on leadership development and personal growth.
4. Accommodation with host families in Cambridge.
5. Unlimited bus pass for local travel in Cambridge throughout the program.
6. Daily meals (breakfast and dinner).
7. Activities and visits to Cambridge University.
8. Site visits as specified in the itinerary, including a trip to London.
9. Travel insurance
The fees mentioned above do not include the following:
1. Passport fee.
2. Personal expenses during the program.
3. Fast track Visa (If required)
Application Process
1. Complete the form and attach a comprehensive resume.
2. Write an essay titled "Who exemplifies a true leader, and what qualities of this leader inspire you in your pursuit of personal growth & leadership development?"
Essay Guidelines
- Use Microsoft Word for writing.
- More than 300 words, not exceeding 600 words.
- Use Times New Roman font size 14.
- Submit the application, resume/CV, and the essay in PDF format.
